Hi! I’m Amy, It’s so nice to meet you!

My journey, much like yours, is filled with both beautiful and tragic moments. After surviving violent crime and domestic abuse, I fled and began rebuilding my broken pieces. Yoga and meditation came into my my life shortly after, and served as the life raft and catalyst for my emotional and spiritual healing. It was here I learned about the importance of regulating the nervous system with the use of mindfulness practices. These same practices helped me process negative life circumstances and heal my way into motherhood. I am a proud wife and a mindful mother, it is my intention to help bring this light of healing to all populations and circumstances.
