Restorative Yoga

This all levels yoga class emphasizes tension relief with the use of bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. This meditative experience allows for the mind to quiet, the nervous system to regulate and the body to relax.
Recommended Props - Yoga mat, 2 blocks and one blanket. Props are available in-studio if needed.

Core-30 and Yin & Flow

Core-30
This thirty-minute intermediate level class combines both yoga and fitness elements with focus on strengthening the core, back and shoulders. You will move with intention through each exercise as you build heat in the body connecting you to your inner strength.
Recommended Props: Optional hand weights and blanket or knee support.
Yin & Flow
This all levels flow combines the beautiful practices of Yin and Hatha Yoga. The first half of class is designed to connect with the breath as you flow through a mindful yoga sequence. The latter half of class focuses on holding certain postures for 2-5 minutes as you explore the benefits of Yin yoga. Yin yoga helps target the connective tissues of the body improving mobility, flexibility and range of motion.
Recommended Props: 2 Blocks and 1 Blanket

Mindful Flow Yoga - This all levels yoga class emphasizes spinal health and alignment. Modifications are given for each posture to help make this flow accessible for all yoga experience levels.
Recommended Props: 2 Blocks and 1 Blanket
Intuitive Development - Explore our psychic and intuitive abilities. No previous experience— this class focuses on practicing exercises designed to strengthen intuition and energetic connection.

This meditative experience allows for the mind to quiet and the nervous system to regulate. You will have the option to receive hands on Reiki energy healing to clear your energetic body and promote deep internal healing.
Recommended Props: 2 Blocks, 1 Blanket, and 1 bolster

Slow Flow Yoga

Recommended Props - Yoga mat, 2 blocks and one blanket. Props are available in-studio if needed.
Unravel your stress with this specialty class designed to relax the body and soothe a busy mind. You will be guided into restorative yoga shapes with the help of props to soften your body releasing deeply rooted tension. Restorative classes aid in strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system, or our “rest and digest” nervous system, thus inducing immediate stress relief.
While Amy guides you through these restorative shapes, you will have the option to receive Reiki energy healing from Reiki Master, Karla. This healing modality may include a gentle touch to the shoulders or ankles to promote healing within your energy body. Suitable for all levels of yoga, this class is ideal for working on the meditative side of your mind and passive stretching in your body.
